Today I am really glad to live in the state i'm in. It would be so much worse if I lived in kentucky. Someone I know was being abused by his girlfriend ( that's right HIS GIRLFRIEND). He called the cops to report her for abuse and she called, litterally seconds after him to report him for it. He has to signs of abuse and she has so signs of it. He gets arrested, even though his call went in first. He can't be released without a lawyer, at his arrainment he couldn't file charges against her. The officers who picked him up told him that he couldn't file charges against her. He has to hope she doesn't show up at his next court date telling lies about him. They did however take pictures of his injuries., busted lip, big scratches on his face and a large black and blue mark on his upper leg. She didn't have any marks. She does have a broken foot that she has ahd for a while. If she blames that on him he will have a definite 6 months in jail in kentucky.

Let's here it for the common wealth state. Arrest them and put them in jail! Who cares if they are obviously the victim!?! Lock them all away.!

While news searching today I ran across an article about an 18 year old who got arrested for putting a hit on his parents.

How the parents talk about him and their reactions is a bit off. I don't think they really understand what happened.

Well, looking for a news story on the internet is harder than i thought. Both FOX and abc had no record of the news story. It was about a kindergartner who threw a tantrum at school and got handcuffed for it. The parents were called to pick him/her up and sent the nanny. The nanny got there and the kid was handcuffed to something. The school wouldn't release the kid to the nanny so they sent him/her to a mental hospital. a six year old!! They said it was because he might be crazy. A six year old!! Who threw a tantrum!! Now who hasn't heard of a 6 year old throwing a tantrum? I have. i've even done it. Kids throw fits, of many different kinds, usually involving screaming, kicking, biting, pouting, glaring, hitting, etc. They don't all have to be present in a single fit either.

What's worse is it was a public school. IT is abuse of a child. A child who was put in the care of thier teachers. If that's what they do to someone elses kid, what do they do to thier own kids?

Private school is looking really good about now. Especially since it seems the school is getting away with it because it's the school and what they say goes.

This link is an article that I think all who visit my blog should read. It is the resaon that I never got into role playing games, video or dice. I have a childhood friend who became more distant when she started getting involved in RPG games. My own husband, when we lived together(bad uncatholic thing to do), would spend hours of his free time playing RPg video games. He even did the same thing about neglecting his share of duties.

If anyone ahs children who are playing RPG games they should sit them down NOW and have a serious talk with them about time and importance of other things that actually exist.

I know that I myself will never understand the appeal such a false world. Especially having already tried as to understand it to socialize with friends and my how husband.
