Why Women Shouldn't Vote.

Being a woman this will probably an interesting rant/personal standpoint. No, i'm not mascarading as a woman (see http://reneckcatholic.blogspot.com/). I'm guessing my husband would vouch for me as well. I just might be considered sexist against my own gender(some of it).

My father sees the things that have happened in the government since after WWI as the result of women having the vote. That may well be, but my standpoint is a bit different.

Women shouldn't have the vote because as a result we(women) got jobs and left the home. I feel that that directly led to the home life that so many children have now. It's not just the children, it has affected our menfolk, too.(yes menfolk)

Now here's the rant part:

If it weren't for the fact that many of the girls i knew had working parents(both not one) some of them would have turned out as better mothers, wives, and examples to young girls, including their younger siblings.
Also, if women went back into their biologically established role inside the home instead of outside the home the men that are out of work in this country would be able to get a job and some of them would be able to keep a job instead of some lowlife chit playing the system and getting him fired to move up in the company.

No i'm not saying we should all be "barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen", that's just the radical in the closet feminist who need to understand how a good role model inside the home not just outside the home will effect how everything in the country works.
YES! educate us. YES! make sure we can be strong independent women. BUT make sure that we cantake care of our homes, and families.

It's not hard. I have been taking care of my sister since she was little. When she turned 18 i let her do it herself. Granted she's a slob and I had to teach her how to do laundry when she was 16(that was a chore) but she can take care of herself (if she wants to).

A real woman can handle it. The not so real women went for the vote and wore their underwear(that's right underwear) in public. To me those "sufferagettes" sound like they just wanted a reson to get to all out comando. I blame them for the downfall of the homelife and the rate at which chldren drop out of school and the unemployment rate.

Humerous Baby Stuff

This evening a very sleepy "grinnin' bouncer"(who started wlking last saturday) walked
into the baby gat in the living room, litterally bounced off the plastic mesh and fell backwards
onto the floor. She didn't cry or fuss. Just looked at me confused when I laughed at her lack control
with the loss of wakefulness.

My neice, the other baby(who walked at 10 months), last night was amused by the sound of me blowing across the top of an empty bottle. Walked around with the bottled to her nose and touching her upper lip blowing into it with her nose trying to make the same sound. Then she put it in her mouth turned it up made a funny face at the tastes of the drops in the bottom.(granny smith draft cider--her dad was there i was off duty)

The 3 yr old saw for the first time today fresh caught fish. Her uncle brought it home this afternoon and I took her out to the cooer and showed her. When I took the lid off she looked in and said "what's that?" i said"that's fish" I touched the top of one fish and the thrashed around in the water and got pissed off. "I don't like that fish." was her response. obviously less than impressed.
