NOW THIS IS GOOD!
It's not often I get to be informed and entertained at the same time. this atricle has me worried about Obama's pick for VP. If this is who he picked for his runnung mate, what's he going to do in the white house?

Thanks michelle.
Still Catholic and proud of it. Don't have a lot of rants like my dad, the ignorant redneck. Love being a wife and mother and have known that was my calling since I was 10 yrs old.

PHARMACIST WITHIN RIGHTS
I checked online this morning to what's going on in the world and Yahoo has this article as one of it's highlighted news pieces.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081021/ap_on_re_us/no_contraceptives_pharmacy
Now, I know that all those pro choice groups out there are really pissed off about it. I AM NOT. As a matter matter of fact the pharmacist is completely within there professional rights to refuse to fill any prescription or even to transfer a prescription. The same law applies in Indiana as well, possibly Kentucky also. I wish it applied to the technicians as well.
I think it is wrong for any court to undermine the law stating such. I say this on the grounds that a pharmacists job is to also check for drug interactions. If they undermine and/or overturn the law stating that they can refuse to fill or transfer a prescription that will lessen thier abilty to perform their duties(even if it's just because somene wants to get contraceptives) it will endanger lives. People will use the results on more than just birth control and the morning after pill, and the Plan B contraceptive.
These pro abortion groups should not try to overturn these laws. The publics health will be greatly affected.
In another point, the pharmacies owner can choose to sell whatever they like. If they don't want to sell soda, since they carry health products this is understandable, they don't have to. If they don't want to carry a specific drug or item in their store, they don't have to. The owner's products of choice on the shelf are not selected by any group of persons, just the owner. The manager agrees with the owners decisions, this means the manager is happy with his job and enjoys working there. NOw, wouldn't we all like to have a job we enjoyed having and going to every morning?

Greetings to everyone!
It's been a while. So long that the grin and bouncer climbed out of the play pen.
The uber toddler has developed worse tantrums and cutting remarks all her own and the super drooler(youngest) can speaks with two words together. They grow up so fast.
Well, it turns out that the mouse that found th chinks in my armor so many months ago wa the first of a few. We are trying new forms of bait as they seem to be learning. One didn't learn fast enough and found the wrong end of my hammer in this corner cabinet with a lazy-susan. I hate that cabinet most days, but it's great for disorienting mice and then bashing them since they skipped over the traps.
Politics: caught the debates. I must say, the way Obama can keep all emotion but for a tense grin off his face is scary. I did notice that he uses numbers to make statements, and they don't make much sense. It is confusing. I didn't really here him actually answer a question in the first debate, but he did great run around on them, to include repeating some of McCains own ideas. It was like he either couldn't think for himself or he doesn't want us to know what he is really up to. I should make a point of telling you what someone drew attention to. People who use numbers in the way that Obama is doing tend to be scam artists. I AM NOT SAYING THAT HE IS A SCAM ARTISTS! JUST THAT HE SOUNDS LIKE ONE.
On McCain, I mat not agree with all of his politics, but I like them a heck of a lot more than the other guys. I like the fact that when asked a question in the first debate, he answered it. He didn't repeat Obama except to point out was he was saying, how he said it, and make a point with his opposition and oppinion. He didn't use anything Obama said as his own ideas, he stated his own. He also only used numbers in exact or near exact amounts to make a point and didn't dance around an issue with a lot confusing high percentages and dollar amounts the 90% of the public will never see.
